Well-equipped and pretty standard hotel in an amazing position to everything you will ever want to do. A great selection of options, appetising food. Location close to the best restaurants, Mexico City for a Pujol/Quintonil restaurant trip and Niños Heroes and Cuauhtémoc metro stations as well as Jardin Puskin and Álvaro Obregón Metrobus stations. Also, easy to get to a two-story design museum.
Uncomfortable bathroom.

Great Breakfast and interior design.
The staff charged my credit card twice and for double the amount be careful...still dealing with that. The pillows were terrible and the towels need upgraded! The water saver shower head was a bummer and the water temp got warm enough for a quick shower but never really hot.

front desk was vdery helpful, manager mr. Hernandez was also very helpful and friendly.
I use better towels to wash my car, unknown noises at 0600 hrs.?? Dining room staff leaves alot to be desired, they don't know their own product and are very slow to react. gym needs work.

The room wasn't clean or well maintained, but at least it came with colorful flowers, white walls, and balloons 🎈.

The restaurant at the hotel offered good food and drinks. the facilities, including central heating, personal safe, and a flat-screen TV, were nice. - the location was excellent, being close to restaurants and bars. - the hotel was surrounded by a market and bookstores.

The hotel was reasonably located in Colonia de Romammeaning you could easily walk to some nice restaurants and parks. It was also clean and tidy with good facilities though, strangely, no minibar.
We had requested a quiet room when we booked and again when we checked in but were given a room on the street next to the vacuum cleaning ("Roparia") service room. We were awoken at 6:30am bu a sound like a jet taking off followed by noisy staff talking loudly out side our room and trolleys going to and from from the service area. Cleaning staff in the adjacent room also had the radio on loudly as they vacummed and talked. This was all before 8:00am. Eventually we were able to change rooms but no guest should have to put up with the first room we were in.
